Web Support for Small Business
Easy to access ongoing support for your website.
Your geek-on-demand for website issues
Find and fix website bugs
Maybe enquiries have stopped coming through, images have disappeared or you can see error messages on your website.
Like a mechanic can with your car, I can track down and repair issues with your website.
Recover and secure a hacked website
The most common sign that your website has been hacked is that it will redirect to random scam websites. This is bad for business and can be hard to clean up. I’m an expert in tracking down the source of a hacked website, cleaning up the mess and locking things down to prevent future hacks.
Hosting and ongoing support
I’ll check up on your web hosting to make sure you’re getting a good deal. If you’re getting ripped off, I can help you transfer things to a better plan in an account that you own. After the initial work, I’m available for ongoing support as you need it, and have packages available for proactive care and management.
About me
I co-founded a Hobart-based web design agency in 2016, which grew to a team of 7 and went on to become Hobart’s top-rated web design agency in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 before it was acquired in April of 2023.
I’m now a “free agent” web designer, with a focus on functional, appropriately scaled and affordable web solutions for small businesses.
As a former small business owner, I understand the pressures at play and what it takes to move the needle. I build simple websites that work, without the bells and whistles that you don’t need right now (but that can be added down the line).
